Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Sundays.

The delivery timelines are as follows:

Delhi – 3-4 days

Other Metro cities – Within 5-7 days

Rest of India – Within 7-10 days

Order

Shipping rates are calculated based on your address and the weight of all the items ordered. You can check out the shipping rates at the time of checkout.

We restock all the items on every Friday, so you can check it out on that day.

We strive to ensure that all products are in stock at all times but due to sudden surge in demand or some supply issues, they may go out of stock on some occasions. If there is any product visible on our website, that means that sooner or later it will come back in stock.

Payments

To ensure contactless delivery amidst COVID-19, we are restricting to only online payment until the situation gets better. Please bear with us and stay safe.

You can pay for your orders via debit/credit cards, UPI, net-banking, etc.

Return And Refunds

We accept order cancellation only if the order has not been dispatched yet. Please email us on orders info@rajasupariindia.com for any cancellations.

Returns:

1) If the product reaches you in a condition unfit for use or has expired please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will analyse the issue, and on verification, we will issue the refund within 48 hours.
 
2) Taste as a factor for return/refund is not acceptable
 
3) The final and binding decision for whether the product is eligible for a refund is with RajaSupariIndia only.

Refund will be initiated within 2 days of acknowledgement of an issue. It will be processed to the original payment source and will reflect within 5-7 days.
